Dance! Dance in the morning to wake up. Dance in the afternoon to cut loose. Dancing is an awesome activity, it brings out positive inner expressions and emotions. This is why I love dancing any part of the day. Although, mornings are best because it gives me a positive outlook for the day. For me, when first waking up my mind is heavy thinking about everything I have to do for the day. Sometimes I wake up thinking about what I have to do for the whole week, lol! Also, I have a notebook and pen on my nightstand to write out my thoughts and how I’m feeling. AND THEN.. I begin to dance!

Improves our balance

It’s best to start a daily activity. Excercise NOW, as we age physical activity becomes limited. This is why we need to maintain a healthy balance of the body, it’s one of the main activities that influence our activity. Zumba, Tango, and Hip Hop are activities that helps us to gain balance of the body. They also help us to gain good body posture and improve our motor skills. Overall, with dancing, we are able to improve our body.

Gives us energy

YES! More energy please! I’ve been trying to break away from coffee! Dancing gives us energy and helps us to sleep better. This will activate our endorphins hormone (natural feel-good chemicals produced in your body that interact with receptors in your brain to help you feel focused. Less impacted by pain and puts you in a better mood. ~Dr. Axe). With the help of endorphins, we are able to focus on whatever we do.

Increases our self confidence

The best part of dancing 15-30 minutes a day, we are able to get the perfect waist size. <— THAT PART!  Self confidence begins when while dancing we are thinking about how happy we are about our body and how good we look while dancing. Learning new dance moves we increase memory power which also helps us to remain focused.

Gives our skin that shiny glow

Everybody loves the glow, right? Well, dancing definitely helps with that! Dancing regularly makes it easier to detoxify the body. Also, dancing increases and activate blood circulation. These are great benefits for our skin, making it healthy.
